1. Acceptance

By using calc.so ("Calc", the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Calc turns natural language questions into interactive, shareable calculations using AI and third-party market data. The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Not financial advice

Calculations, prices, and results shown on Calc are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They may be inaccurate, outdated, or based on assumptions that do not apply to you. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Do not make financial decisions based on Calc without consulting a qualified professional.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the questions you submit. By creating a public or shared calculation, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Service. You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

6. Acceptable use

  • No abuse, scraping at scale, or disrupting the Service.
  • No attempts to access other users' accounts or data.
  • No use of the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers for AI processing, authentication, and market data. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses resulting from decisions made in reliance on the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
